Hello, my name is Cody.  I have worked at SHASCOM since 2016.  Something that really piqued my interest about this career was the ability to help people every day, whether that is giving CPR instructions, getting officers to a person in distress, or simply helping google something, we are here to help 24/7, 365 days a year.

I joined the SHASCOM team in 2021.  After completing the fire academy and serving as a volunteer firefighter for several years, I knew I wanted to work as a first responder but decided field work wasn’t the best option for me. As a 911 dispatcher, I enjoy being the first contact for people needing help.
